The cellardoor is open from seven days a week from 10 am to 4 pm or by making a phone call to arrange an alternate time. 

The vineyard consists of 3000 vines made up of Verdelho, Marsanne, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.

Originating in Portugal, the Verdelho grapes produce a tropical fruit on the palate that is fast becoming a signature feature of Queensland wines. As well as producing verdelho wine, late harvesting the grapes produce an aromatic, semi-sweet Late Harvest Verdelho.

The Marsanne grape is one of the few whites that appreciate being cellared developing a buttery toasty flavour as it continues to mature.

Cabernet Sauvignon, with its blackcurrent and raspberry flavours augmented by tannin and spicy oak, produce a full-bodied and stronly structured wines that are long-lived and popular.

Shiraz grapes produce a multi-faceted, medium to full-bodied, long-lived wine that is enjoying a revival among wine drinkers in Australia.

White Wines

•  2005 Marsanne

A pleasant dry style of wine exhibiting  light citrus and passionfruit aromas with a fresh tangy mouthfeel. This delightful wine develops toasty, honey characteristics as it matures.

Chilled, served with pastas or light Asian food it is a delight to share.

•  2006 Marsanne

A young dry style of wine made from the estate grown Marsanne grape that is fresh and supple on the palate with a smooth lemon/lime finish.

Exquisite with delicate food flavours such as coriander, chilli and Asian-style dishes.

• 2005 Late Harvest Verdelho

An elegant semi-sweet style of wine made from estate grown grapes with melon and peach aromas, developing nutty flavours. This wine ages very well and is a smooth delight for those whose preference tends towards the sweeter white wines.
