brings a well-developed softness to the mid-palate and the Cabernet completes the length and structure of the wine. Together a delicate combination of
plummy fruits and mocha oak result in a complex palate of sweet berries and dark cherry characters that makes this wine a perfect accompaniment to slow
cooked meats with Mediterranean roast vegetables.
